Here at The Grosvenor, great food is at the heart of what we do and our new Award Winning Specials are no exception. We've spent lots of time tracking down some of Britain's finest suppliers and turning their award winning ingredients into dishes worthy of being one of our new Award Winning specials.
These great dishes just keep on picking up accolades, including the Guild of Fine Foods Great Taste Award in 2010 for our Beef Wellington and a Gold in the Excellence in Food & Drink Awards 2010 for our Stuffed Butternut Squash.
Taste that's a cut above
Our chef Mike regularly refreshes our specials menu, but here are some of the award winning flavours you can try:
- Beef Wellington - winner of the Guild of Fine Foods Great Taste Award in 2010, served with dauphinoise potato, tender stemmed broccoli and a red wine gravy.
- Shetland Salmon - sourced from the winners of the Seafish Sustainable Future Award 2009, served with a warmed baby potato, tomato and green bean salad.
- Wiltshire Ham & Brie Stuffed Chicken Breast - stuffed with a melt-in-the-mouth Brie that won Gold at the Yorkshire Cheese Awards 2009, served with crushed herbed potatoes, grilled asparagus and slow roasted tomatoes.
